Digital interface operational guidelines.

1. Scope of Digital Terms

Accessing www.graniteedge.ca constitutes an agreement to these terms. This interface provides high-level intelligence regarding our operational capabilities. It is not a substitute for a legally binding commercial contract.

2. SLA Supremacy

All physical cleaning, industrial sanitation, and floor care operations executed by GraniteEdge are strictly governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by the client. The SLA dictates liability, chemical usage, frequency, and financial terms, overriding any generic information on this site.

3. Intellectual Assets

The structural layout, typography, QA methodologies, and written content herein are the exclusive intellectual property of GraniteEdge Janitorial. Digital scraping, replication, or unauthorized use of these assets will be met with immediate legal action.

4. Liability Boundaries

GraniteEdge assumes zero liability for business interruptions or operational losses resulting from the use of this digital platform. All physical liability is strictly defined within client SLAs and covered by our commercial insurance.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any digital disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
